I had the most awesome experience @ FANTASTIC SAMS IN CARY! Great highlights and an adorable cut! While I was there waiting for my service, I took advantage of their tanning booth. It is a great way to warm your bones on these frigid February days! And I was pleasantly surprised with the affordability.
